Today I went by the Volvo dealer and (after some searching through VADIS) we managed to find the plugs needed to connect the current wires of the single headlight to the new double ones. The part number for this plug is 978149 - 'Insulator'. |

To connect the cables to the plug above you need the following terminals that connect to the cable and are inserted into the back of the plug. The part number for this connector is 978262 - 'Cable terminal'. |

To keep dirt and moisture from entering the back of the connector these white rubber plugs fit into the rear holes of the connector, sealing the back. The part number for these plugs is 970773 - 'Cable seal'. |

I also picked up two new turn signal units, to fit the new headlights. It looks a bit strange with the black turn signals and the old headlights, but I couldn't stop myself from installing them already... The part numbers for these (models 1996-2000) units are: 30865998 (L) and 30865999 (R) |
